Bartender Behr – White Swan

This month’s drink is an exceedingly simple after dinner cocktail.  It’s frothy, sweet, and has a nutty quality.  I’m not exactly sure what its origins are.  However, I’m sure many Black Swan variants were created this weekend for people’s Oscar parties.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1 ½ oz of Amaretto
  • 3oz of Milk

Here’s what to do:

  • Combine ingredients to a shaker full of ice.
  • Shake until it’s real frothy
  • Strain into a cocktail glass

Like I said, it’s super simple.  If you have some Amaretto at home I suggest you try it for dessert.
