Meghan wrote her first essay in Grade 6. It was about lions, and almost every paragraph concluded with “Lions are interesting because [topic of paragraph]”. She picked out tan coloured paper to print it on, which her mom had to buy because she was 11. She got an “A”, and still has the essay. Thus, a love of writing was born.
